Refund policy

All items sold are considered final sale. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item does not match what you had ordered, and I do not accept exchanges for change of mind. Cancellations are allowed only until the order is fulfilled. I cannot refund shipping fees for any issue.

However if your order arrives damaged through delivery or is missing an item, please contact me at fiveonthe.shop@gmail.com and I will do my best to sort it out for you!

You may also start a return, refund and cancel request through your customer accounts if you have purchased through our store under a customer account.
