Hi, I'm Joelin (A.K.A Fiveonthe) !
I am an Illustrator and digital painter, sharing the passion for art, fantasy and games through my work! 🏮
You might know me as Fiveonthe (pronounced as; Fi-veon-thee), it’s stuck with me ever since I started drawing digital art.
My happiness in art comes from being able to evoke feelings through my work; to create the characters and stories in my mind — cozy afternoons, sweet sunset skies, a friendship worth a thousand smiles, warm starry nights. Every little thing can express its own meaningful sentiment.

✦ Shipping info & Estimated delivery times

As of April 2020, international orders may be majorly delayed. Covid-19 shipping update.

All orders are hand packed with care and shipped from Perth, Western Australia. We are mainly performing as a one-person show so orders can take 2 - 5 working days to prepare!

Orders are shipped through Australia Post, and shipping fees are based on weight of the parcel.

North America: 10 - 30 business days ( 2 - 6 weeks ) 
Europe: 10 - 30 business days ( 2 - 6 weeks ) 
New Zealand and Oceania: 7 - 14 business days ( 1 - 4 weeks )
Asia Pacific: 10 - 30 business days 2 - 6 weeks )
Australia: 2 - 7 business days 1 - 2 weeks )
International Shipping: All standard orders are sent through International Economy Air (No tracking included). I recommend international orders to have tracking, if you can please upgrade your shipping options to include tracking at check out.

✦ Will sold out designs be restocked?

It depends! All FFXIV Soul crystal job/class charms will always be restocked! Most FFXIV character pins will be restocked as well. Some other designs and items will be restocked and some won't. I will always post on Instagram any updates on when to expect restocks. If there's a specific item you're curious about feel free to send an email and ask.

 Returns/Exchanges

All items are final sale, as I make sure all your orders are at their best quality before shipping out. However if your order arrives damaged through delivery or is missing an item, please contact me and I will sort it out for you.

✦ Shipping Issues

The estimates for arrival are in working days, and varies depending on your country and delivery services.

If you selected standard shipping with no tracking, I am not able to track your parcel for you! Once your parcel has been shipped, I have no control of the handling and delivery.

If your package has not arrived over 6+ weeks, please contact me and I will help sort it out with you.
