All orders are hand packed with care and shipped from WA, Australia. Orders can take 1 to 4 working days to prepare normally. In busier seasons and drops, this may take up to 7 to 10 working days. We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $75 AUD. Thank you for your understanding!

Any taxes or fees incurred through international customs may need to be paid by the receiver. The duties and taxes incurred are based on the customs and regulations of your country. We have no control over the duties pricing or charges.

We handle import duties fee collection for shipments to some countries below, meaning import duties & taxes will be collected at checkout and settled before the parcel reaches you, so you are not asked to pay anything on delivery. No additional action is required after checkout.

EU & Northern Ireland Customers — Please not that we do not collect VAT/duties on your order so your parcel will incur the additional VAT payment that need to be settled by the customer before receiving your parcel. Unfortunately this is out of our control and is under the regulation of EU import laws.
